2. History Study
Spend 60+ minutes researching the following topic during this time period.
Industrial Revolution
1760 – 1910
- Read Usborne Encyclopedia of World History (UEWH) pgs 336-341.
- Spend at least 45 additional minutes studying any resource focused on this time period (YouTube, documentary, picture book, magazine, etc.).

You must add information about at least one Key Person, one Key Event, and several Interesting Facts. If you want to do more, fill out more than one worksheet.

4. Writing Assignment
Create and outline for your Inventor Essay.
NOTE: Essay due date is now MARCH 17 (same day as your presentation)
- Write a question or prompt about your inventor.
- Write a claim about your inventor.
- MUST be something you can argue. Do NOT state facts.
- Write a thesis statement that includes your claim and THREE points that prove the claim.
- Create an outline for your essay. Use the Complete Essay Outline you were given in class.
Add a copy of your outline to your packet. It can be handwritten or typed.
