1. Add the following key dates to your timeline.
2. Add ONE additional date that you find during your History Study.

• 1769  – Napoleon Bonaparte is born
• 1804  – Napoleon named Emperor of the French Empire
• 1812 – Napoleon invades Russia
• 1814 – Napoleon is exiled to Elba (1^st time)
• 1815 – Napoleon is defeated at the Battle of Waterloo
• 1821 – Napoleon dies in exile on St. Helena

1. Spend 60+ minutes researching researching the following topic during this time period.

2. Spend at least 45 additional minutes studying any resource focused on this time period (YouTube, documentary, picture book, magazine, etc.).

Create a Goofy Greeting Card related to the French Revolution.

• Choose the type of card you are creating.
• Use elements from the French Revolution to get your idea across.
• Illustrate the front of the card.
• Include words (and illustrations if you want) on the inside of the card.

NOTE: Do not just draw a picture of a card. Create an actual card (fold a paper, use different colored paper, etc.)
